“MY FIRST WORKPLACE” PROJECT

"My first styling workplace experience"

Stepping outside of school, begin thinking from a "work perspective."

Giving children an opportunity to learn about work. Starting with learning at school, they first practice thinking from the perspective of "workers." After that, they experience their first workplace at an actual store. By expanding their learning from imagination to real-world experience, they gradually come to understand what work is like and develop an image and connection to their future.

Three workplace experience missions

Learn about work at the workplace

1

Learn about work at the workplace

First, understand the image of the job in the classroom.

While learning about branding and coordination, you will deepen your understanding of what it's like to work. Through step-by-step learning, you will develop a concrete understanding of the "workplace," moving from vague ideas to a more realistic image.

Try it yourself

2

Try it yourself

Turning what you've learned into what you can do

Participants will gain hands-on experience in store customer service and clothing folding techniques. Through interacting with customers who visit the store, they will learn how to communicate effectively, engage with them, and develop a comfortable and pleasant communication style.

To a real workplace

3

To a real workplace

I entered the store and completed my first work experience.

Students will gain practical experience in actual stores, handling tasks such as product display and customer service, putting what they learned in the classroom into practice. This transforms the "work" they had only imagined into a real-world experience, fostering a sense of purpose and prompting them to think about their future.
