Turning diversity into strength
At GU, we respect diversity in sexual orientation and gender identity and strive to create a comfortable working environment for everyone. We have introduced a "Partnership Registration System" that allows same-sex partners to register their partnership and receive benefits such as special leave and condolence money. We also provide training and awareness-raising activities to deepen understanding of LGBTQ + issues.
