GU supports the resettlement of refugees in their new homes through the RISE (Refugee Inclusion Supporting and Empowerment) Program, which provides employment opportunities, training, and language classes. We also provide training for store managers who work with refugees employees. The value of diversity has flourished in GU with the inclusion of refugees in our community.
