GU respects diversity in sexual orientation and gender identity and strives to create an environment where everyone can work comfortably. GU in Japan has introduced a Partnership Registration System that enables same-sex partners to access welfare benefits such as congratulatory and condolence leave and payments, by registering their partnership with the company. We also conduct trainings and awareness activities to deepen our understanding of LGBTQ+.
