Would you like to reuse it?
As part of its RE.GU initiative, GU donates clothing collected from customers through recycling activities to refugee camps and other organizations. Expanding the scope of this initiative, GU has been collaborating with the Mirai Children's Foundation since January 2024 to hold clothing donation events for orphanages in Japan. If you have any GU or UNIQLO children's clothing that you can no longer wear, please bring it to the collection boxes located at GU stores.

About the initiative
What is the donation event for children's homes?
This event involves donating clothes donated by customers through clothing collection drives, uniforms cherished by sales staff, sample items, etc. to children living in orphanages. GU sales staff visit the facilities themselves to help children choose and coordinate their outfits, providing an opportunity for children to truly enjoy fashion.

What is Mirai Children's Foundation?
This general incorporated foundation supports children who have been separated from their parents due to abuse or other reasons and are living in child welfare institutions. It provides sustainable and ongoing support through volunteer visits and support activities for children who have graduated from the institutions.
